Prompt: Out My Window

This can’t be seen from any window in our house. And it’s not what you’d see today. But yesterday we got our second snow of the season and, after an email from a friend asking if I’d gotten any pictures, I went out with my cell phone and got a few. This is the side yard which has been allowed to go wild (i.e. it’s full of weeds.) I thought it looked pretty all dressed up in a winter coat of snow.  This one’s for you, my friend.

I love to travel (we cruise, go to Pagosa Springs and take one other trip every year) I like to digitally scrap book (all that traveling), make greeting cards (all occasion & Christmas), write fantasy fiction (got two, maybe three books in the works right now), and photography. 1. Oh, lovely, Francine; I adore the first snow of the year – not that we always get it over here! xxx

  2. That’s about the only thing that is unfortunate for me in England. I do love my snow – but we’re getting less and less every year as the climate changes. Not that we got a lot very often (well, in 1987 our town had 4-5 feet of snow in two days. Shut down the Laboratory for close to a week. But that was too much.)
